Time & Stress are relative. We already know of some ways to deal with tress and manage our time. Most of us are willing to try new things. Some handle stress very well already. We can all hope to do MORE In the time we have so we can have MORE of the life we want…
The workshop focuses on Managing time by prioritizing tasks, identifying time management obstacles, and use of Time Management tools. Also how stress is managed by removing obstacles of control, procrastination and immediacy. Participants will learn how identify stressors and be able to group stress in two distinct categories, Personal life stress and work place stress. Through interactive exercises, they will be able to eliminate some stressors, while reducing the effect of others and be able to to use stress to own advantage.
