Effective communication skills are important both for the employees and the organizations. Research has shown that an organization where due importance is given to professional & effective communication fosters productive & happy employees and customers, eventually creating greater benefit for the organization.

The two day workshop focuses on moving from a passive-aggressive communication to a more assertive one. The participants will go through a paradigm shift of Presenting Vs Communicating while identifying the benefits the later will bring to them and to the organization they work with.

 

The program is designed to be interactive with fun and learn activities that will guide the participants through the transition, hence making them better communicators.
