GE workout was designed in 1989 which aims to create the forum for dialogue and change, eliminate bureaucracy and barriers and cultivate grass root solutions. Workout is a process of addressing and solving organizational problems - quickly, simply and with the involvement of people who will ultimately carry out the decision. It’s a fast-paced innovative culture that develops leaders who make quick decisions, and create an empowered workforce. The workshop is focused at giving participants the knowledge and equipping them with skills to conduct meetings and workshops that are based on the principles of workout.
